Till Class 12, everything would be smooth sailing for school students. Of course, the tensions of exams, projects and assignments would have been there, but they would not have had to compete with the outside world. After Class 12, when they step out of their comfort zone, then arises the big question.
‘WHAT NEXT?’
Ans : Career Counseling
Career counselling is a service that helps people begin, change, or advance their careers. It can include one-on-one conversations between a counsellor and a career seeker, as well as assessments, activities, and projects designed to help career seekers maximise their strengths.
Career Counseling & Guidance is an important part of our mission to help students make informed decisions about their future. Through these sessions, students gain valuable insights into various career paths, educational opportunities, emerging industries, and the skills required to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
To provide students with real-world perspectives, we plan to organize career counseling and guidance sessions every three months by inviting industry professionals, subject experts, and experienced mentors. These interactions allow students to learn directly from individuals who have achieved success in their respective fields and to better understand the opportunities available to them.
The first session under this initiative was successfully conducted on 11 June 2026. The two-hour session was led by Dr. Safi, EX Secretary, CWC, Ministry of Minority Affairs, who shared valuable insights on education, career planning, scientific thinking, and personal development. The interactive nature of the session allowed students to ask questions, gain practical guidance, and develop a clearer understanding of the opportunities available to them.
Through this ongoing program, we strive to equip students with the knowledge, confidence, and direction needed to pursue their goals and build successful futures.
On 18 June 2026, Mission Education Trust organized an inspiring and motivational guidance session at Mission Education Point, Mohalla Jafri, Amroha. The event featured Dr. Mohd Ovais Alam (MBBS) as the guest speaker, who shared his remarkable journey from being a student with a dream to becoming a doctor. Students, parents, and NEET aspirants attended the session with great enthusiasm and benefited from the valuable experiences and life lessons shared by the speaker.
During the session, Dr. Alam discussed the importance of dedication, discipline, consistency, and determination in achieving academic and career goals. He shared practical strategies for competitive exam preparation, effective study habits, time management, and career planning. Drawing from his own achievements—including qualifying NEET on his first attempt, excelling academically, teaching and mentoring students, and contributing to research—he encouraged participants to believe in their abilities and work persistently toward success.
The interactive session provided students with motivation, clarity, and confidence regarding their future aspirations. Parents also gained useful insights into supporting their children's educational journeys. The event successfully fulfilled its objective of inspiring young minds and guiding them toward the right direction in life. Mission Education Trust expresses its sincere gratitude to Dr. Mohd Ovais Alam for his valuable contribution and remains committed to organizing such educational and career-guidance programs for the benefit of students and the community.
